After You Place Your Order
We will send you a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed, giving you your order number and a link to where you can check the status of your order. If you do not receive that email, it is possible that you typed your email address incorrectly or that our email has gone to your spam/junk mail folder. Adding Sales@SkiWarehouse.com to your address book should ensure that our emails are delivered directly to your inbox.

After your order is shipped, you may track your order at this page, using your order number or UPS tracking number. We will send you an email as your order is packed, and another with your tracking number after the carriers pick your order up at the end of the day.

Cancelling Your Order

Refusing Your Order
If you refuse your order at the time of delivery, you will not be refunded any shipping charges. If you refuse an international order, you will be charged return shipping: That amount will be subtracted from your total refund.

Backordered Items
Although we try to keep all items in stock, occasionally something will be backordered. If this is the case, we will contact you to see how you want the out-of-stock items handled.

Missing/Wrong ItemsImmediately after receiving your order, inspect it carefully to make sure it is complete. Make sure you look through the packing materials carefully for small items. If an item is missing, you have 48 hours from receipt of shipment to file a claim by using the RMA Form. If you find items are missing, or that you have had the wrong items shipped to you, Please email us immediately. |
